Qualis Corporation is seeking a Technical Writer to support the development, revision, version control and publication of Enterprise IT service management-related documentation. The Technical Writer will be the primary POC on the project Team for:

Rewrite and/or edit technical documents such as technical training content and related technical publications to communicate clearly and effectively technical specifications and instructions to a wide range of audiences Monitoring documentation updates and coordinating with Product/Process Owners for configuration control Support charter development, documentation and revision updates Support all Teams on documentation development and maintenance Creates templates Documents and updates processes and procedures - supporting functional leads
