Job Description

We are seeking a technical writer for a 6-month contract in Denver, CO.  This role can work remotely for residents of Colorado and will work Monday- Friday from 10:00 am- 5:00 pm. 

In this role, you will work with an IT Service Management team in, creating and posting notifications for ITIL processes.  This work requires a detail-oriented focus and the ability to cross-reference multiple documents to ensure the information is accurate.  

QualificationsExperience in marketing and communicationsExperience in technical writingExperience in the Information Technology industry preferredBachelor’s degree in English, communications, journalism, or related field, or equivalent experienceSelf-starter with ability to improve documentation processProficient in English grammar, usage, mechanics, and compositionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and the ability to cross-check for errorsStrong interpersonal communication skillsFamiliarity with Google office products (Gmail, Calendar, Google Docs) preferred

Additional Information

This 6 month contract  can work remotely for residents of Colorado.   This role is junior- mid level and will pay betwwen $35-$40 per hour W2.
