Responsibilities:

MTSI is seeking to hire a Technical Writer to support to PEO Aviation, Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Sr. Leadership 

Job Responsiblities:

Maintain knowledge and proficiency with the latest standards to ensure document complianceCarry out preliminary and final review of all documents heading to UAS COL and Deputy to include detailed acquisition documents, memos, briefings, various technical documents, standard operating procedures, etc.Work alongside UAS Sr. Leadership and staff to develop and refine strategic documentationReview various technical documents for consistency in messaging across UAS portfolioEnsure written files and information are kept up to date and stored in accordance with proceduresReport progress of all assigned tasks to the project lead

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ related experience.

Required Clearance:

Must have an Active Secret clearance; US Citizenship required.

Required Skills:

Experience reviewing technical document for format, grammar and structure. Exceptional written and oral presentation skills, and ability to use Microsoft Office suite of productsDemonstrated experience working individually as well as organizing and facilitating working groups.Exceptional written and oral presentation skills, and ability to use Microsoft Office suite of products
