Technical Writer (Hybrid- Boston) compensation: $120K

A fast growing and mission driven life sciences software company is seeking a Technical Writer to join their team. This person will will play a key role in shaping how their users understand and interact with their software.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Write, edit and maintain user guides, APIs, FAQs and online help contentPartner with engineers, product managers and customer-facing teams to gather insights etcUse visuals, examples and clear language to help users quickly understand workflows, features and functionalityStructure content for diverse audiencesContinuously update documentation to reflect product changesContribute to the development of style guides and best practices to ensure consistency

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of technical writing experience with SaaS or cloud-based platformsFamiliarity with APIs, software development concepts and tools like Swagger, Git or ConfluenceStrong focus on understanding user needs and tailoring content to their workflowsComfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
