Technical Writer

A company is looking to hire a fully remote Technical Writer. In this role, you will work in an agile environment doing technical writing for a software product used by data scientists. It is required to collaborate with the engineers and the marketing team to gather information on the software products.
Responsibilities Include:
- Bridge the gap between user workflow needs and technical functionality to create and update software product offering documents
- Analyze technical information, create user manuals, end-user training material, installation guides, reports, and technical releases.
- Interact with peers, managers, and technical staff to ensure technical documentation accuracy
- Carry out extensive research to craft high-quality software documentation and technical diagrams.
- Maintain technical community support area, Q&A, and forums
- Helping field support tickets and creating/updating new documentation based on support requests

Pay Rate: $48/hr, dependent on interview
