We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to create and manage technical documentation for our Web and Mobile Technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with documentation efforts (research, outline, write, and edit content) outside of READMEs/Wiki’s, while working closely with various subject matter experts (SMEs) for documentation content. Work with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage.Other writing tasks as assigned Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of related technical and proposal writing/editing experienceMust be a US Citizen with ability to obtain Secret clearance. Candidate must have demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proven ability to develop, write, and edit technical documentation, including user manuals, system guides, API documentation, and release notes.Strong collaboration skills to work with technical staff, engineering, product management, and customer support teams to gather information and meet documentation requirements.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly materials for diverse audiences.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience reviewing and updating documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
