Job Description Insight Global is searching for a strong Technical Writer to join a team of one of our large telecommunication clients. As a Technical Writer, you will be assisting the Compliance Operations team to assist in the documentation of the end-to-end customer journey blueprints. Responsibilities include:  Working with technical counterparts including SMEs, stakeholders, and end users to craft documentation, SOPs, training guides, and more  Take technical content from counterparts and translate into digestible materials that can be understood by all users  Creating and editing templates while staying on top of the everchanging processes of the organization  Support the team in developing user stories in Jira for the backlog Pay rate range: 50-60/hr We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
