Job Description
This role involves working with the maintenance and utilities team to enhance their training programs. You will conduct GAAP assessments to identify training gaps and develop comprehensive training materials to improve the skills of facilities, maintenance, and utilities personnel. Your work will include rewriting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity and incorporating multimedia content, such as instructional videos, to standardize training processes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00
