POSITION SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Technical Writer for a 100% remote role.
ResponsibilitiesResearch and Collaboration
Engage with subject matter experts (ASP Team, Product, CCA) and attend Shiproom(s) to understand the technical capabilities in detail.Consume and understand business, industry, and product strategy contentDevelop a comprehensive understanding of CSS Business and Technical ArchitectureGather insights on the intended business value and industry relevance of the technical solutions.Identify research needs and collaborate with XSD to conduct structured research activitiesContent Development
Develop high-quality white papers, content, and visuals highlighting the purpose, architecture, and applications of technical capabilities.Clearly articulate the strategic value and benefits, addressing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Include relevant diagrams, workflows, and visuals to enhance understanding.Revisions and Updates
Assist in structuring and facilitating content reviewIncorporate feedback from internal teams to refine the white papers.Ensure all content reflects the latest updates and advancements in the technical capabilities. Qualifications Must have a minimum 3-4 years of experience with AI, particularly large language models and generative AI.Must have minimum 5-7 years of experience with strong writing skills, including the ability to write white papers and technical documents.Must have minimum 5-7 years of experience with familiarity with industry standards and trends in AI and technology.Should have demonstrated experience in technical writing, particularly in the AI or technology sector.Should have familiarity with emerging technologies, such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Assignment, Intelligent Chat, Knowledge Management and others relevant to our capabilities.Should have strong technical acumen to understand and articulate complex systems.Excellent communication and writing skills, ensuring clarity for diverse audiencesGood to have proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Mural, Figma and/or other technical documentation platforms.WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:
