Technical Writer Dallas, Texas **100% Remote** Contract $25/hr - $30/hr Our client, which is a well-known transportation company, is looking for an Intermediate level Technical Writer. In this position as a Technical Writer you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and populating all application solutions for the business. In addition, you will work closely with IT, Security, Platform Engineering and leadership to ensure there are no risks while streamlining remediation efforts. They are looking for a highly detailed technical writer that will leverage experience and relationships to document both enterprise as well as citizen developed technology process and flows. This position will sit on the companywide Service Desk team, working closely with them (and other IT units) to update over 700+ support processes. Long-term goal would be to update a lot of the overall IT documents that will be used companywide. This is a remote, long-term contract opportunity with EST working hours. There is potential for conversion too.
