**Location:** 121 S Business, Suite #400, Lewisville, TX 75067
**Job Type:** Full-Time | **Shift:** 8 AM – 4 PM (Flexible during peak hours with overtime)
**Start Date:** 02/17/2025
**Pay Rate:** $23/hr
Our client is seeking a **Technical Writer** to support our **Receivables Operations** division within Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB). This role is crucial in developing high-quality documentation that enhances operational efficiency and process clarity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, and user guides.
+ Collaborate with business analysts, trainers, and operations teams to document complex processes in a clear and concise manner.
+ Present technical information in an easily understandable format for a non-technical audience.
+ Utilize illustrations and graphics to improve user comprehension.
+ Gather and incorporate feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
+ Support operational teams during system and procedural changes.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an operations, finance, or business environment.
+ 2+ years of experience writing technical documentation.
+ Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
+ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Familiarity with lockbox processing.
+ Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.
+ A strong sense of ownership and initiative in improving documentation quality.
**Additional Information:**
+ Must be **flexible** to support a **24/7 operation** , including occasional non-traditional hours.
+ **Government Security Clearance may be required** , including fingerprinting, credit checks, and employment verification.
