Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in English literature, Journalism, or Engineering with strong English language skills.Thorough knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and usage.Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong understanding of technical concepts.Proven experience writing technical documentation, including manuals.5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industry.Experience in creating video scripts and producing short technology help videos.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Experience in SaaS or cloud-based technologies.
