Key Responsibilities: * Technical Writer will collaborate with software engineers and other technical team members to gather information and develop clear and concise troubleshooting guides * Create and maintain various self-service documentation, including FAQs, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles * Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company standards and best practices * Review and edit existing documentation to enhance clarity, consistency, and overall quality * Work closely with the support team to identify common issues and create documentation to address these problems proactively * Use technical knowledge to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content for various audiences * As a Technical Writer, you will conduct research and interviews to gather information from subject matter experts * Participate in peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues * Stay current with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve documentation quality
