Technical Writer
Description We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer with expertise in the financial domain to document and create clear, concise, and accurate content for regulatory and audit inquiries. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical staff, and regulators to break down complex financial scenarios into simple and understandable narratives. As part of the writing team, you will contribute to maintaining the Central Response Library (CRL) and ensure that documentation aligns with regulatory expectations. Key Responsibilities: + Review and respond to regulatory and audit inquiries with structured, well-documented answers. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create regulatory documents. + Interpret and explain financial and regulatory policies in a clear, concise manner. + Create graphs, PowerPoint presentations, and infographics to support the response. + Ensure accuracy, consistency, and formatting across all documentation. + Document and update systems according to strict deadlines. + Review and edit documents to maintain high-quality standards. + Stay up-to-date with the latest financial regulations and audit standards. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). + Proven experience in technical writing with a strong understanding of financial domain terminology and regulations. + Strong storytelling skills and the ability to break down complex scenarios into simple, understandable narratives. + Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation in a regulated environment. + Proficiency with documentation tools and experience with document version control. + Experience with audit and regulatory reviews, ensuring compliance with financial standards. + Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy, grammar, and consistency. + Experience in writing for various audiences including business stakeholders, regulators, and technical teams. + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
