Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as the administrative point of contact for documents and document approval Receive, disseminate, coordinate, and track to completion all incoming tasks Coordinate special events, meetings, conferences, and work groups Provide correspondence staffing support and oversight for all required correspondence actions (e.g., formal letters, memoranda, read-ahead briefing and meeting packages, activity reports, and senior leadership reports) Perform technical writing and editing, editorial consultation, proofreading, and overall documentation review Develop documentation that meets organizational standards including project plans, directives, charters, appointment letters, white papers, SOPs, and governance documents Prepare and assist in the development of briefings and multimedia presentations Prepare, maintain, and update informational packages Action Officer for governance boards to include meeting facilitation, note taking, action item follow-ups, publication of notes and meeting minutes Organize, curate, and maintain the electronic document repository as directed

Active TS/SCI Security Clearance requiredBachelor's Degree5+ years of work experience related to the fieldExperience working with software engineering teams to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support contentPrevious experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiencesMust have strong understanding of DoD correspondence styles, uses, and formatsWriting sample within the IT field required with submission of resume Desired Skills
