Technical Writer- Contract role
Adecco is seeking a **Technical Writer** for a **6-month assignment at a manufacturing facility in Pinellas Park, FL** . to support the team in standardizing and documenting manufacturing and system processes and procedures. In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure accuracy and clarity in the documentation of critical processes that ensure smooth operations across the organization. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Observe and accurately document manufacturing processes and procedures. + Develop and implement new templates to standardize and improve work documentation. + Work independently to write, proofread, and edit technical documents. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure completeness of documentation. + Provide suggestions and recommendations for improvements to existing documentation. **Hours: 7am-4:30pm** 9X80 work schedule. **$30.00 per hour** **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES** + This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. **COMPETENCIES** To perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: + **Excellent communication skills** – both verbal and written. + **Interpersonal skills** – able to interact effectively with team members across different functions. + **Proficiency with computer tools** – familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, especially Word and Excel. **QUALIFICATIONS** The successful candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
