Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join a GenAI team within Digital Technology Practice. Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing comprehensive documentation for our cutting-edge Generative AI projects and applications. You will work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to produce clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation that supports the development, deployment, and use of our AI technologies. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation for Generative AI projects, including user guides, API documentation, technical specifications, and system architecture descriptions * Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to gather information, understand complex technical concepts, and ensure accurate representation of AI systems and processes * Create clear and concise documentation that effectively communicates technical details to a range of audiences, including developers, data scientists, and non-technical stakeholders * Manage the documentation lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and updating content; Ensure that all documentation is current, accurate, and aligned with project requirements and changes * Design and implement documentation standards and best practices; Ensure consistency in style, terminology, and formatting across all technical documents * Assist in creating training materials and onboarding guides for new users and team members; Develop educational content that helps users understand and leverage AI technologies effectively * Work with the UX/UI team to ensure that documentation is integrated seamlessly into product interfaces and user experiences, providing helpful in-app guidance and support * Conduct usability testing of documentation to gather feedback and make improvements; Continuously enhance documentation based on user feedback and evolving project needs
