Job Role and Responsibilities:

Proven experience in software development and technical leadership roles. Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system integrations. Create end user Manuals, and Users Guides for various clients. Own and lead the technical vision, strategy, and execution of projects. Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to define and prioritize technical deliverables. Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure best practices are followed in architecture, design, and development. Act as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and development teams. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, from concept through production. Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and performance requirements. Identify and mitigate risks related to technical aspects of projects and provide timely solutions. Ensure that all technical documentation is up-to-date and properly maintained. Should work as individual contributor work directly with customer/CTO. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team to enhance efficiency and product quality. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello. Experience working with healthcare industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing technical roadmaps. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the company's technical landscape.
