The Technical Writer plays a critical cross-functional role by engaging with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and technical requirements.
Responsibilities:
Gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, data specifications, and project details.
Translating complex client needs into clear, actionable documentation for project and non-project stakeholders.
Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintaining data quality standards.
Creating journey maps to visualize processes and workflows.
Ensuring all documentation aligns with client expectations and project goals.
