Position Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have a knack for simplifying complex technical language and will be responsible for: + Reviewing, updating and maintaining modifications to user-facing documentation and ensuring documentation is up-to-date and comprehensive, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with project goals and user needs + Assisting team with creation of knowledge-transfer documentation for demonstration of software to stakeholders + Simplifying and organizing software requirements and specifications documentation + Creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for various audiences + Maintaining and updating documentation as needed Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience + Minimum 1 year experience working as a Technical Writer, with proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts and language + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Proficiency in documentation tools and software + Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment Preferred Qualifications: + Experience in an ISO/FDA regulated environment as a member of a product-development organization (medical-device or biotech industry) preferred + Experience in working alongside a software-development project + Experience working with software application-lifecycle-management (ALM) tools such as Helix, Jira, etc
