We are looking for a technical writter & illustrator who will be responsible for creation and document updates in various deliverable formats such as PDF’s, Word documents and Online help in Technical Communication, and Technical Writing.
Job Responsibilities Supporting in Performing end to end Document Release Management and Translation Project Management. Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to gather technical information and ensure accuracy. Creation and document updates in various deliverable formats such as PDF’s, Word documents and Online help in Technical Communication, and Technical Writing Ensure documentation adheres to company style guides and branding guidelines. Supporting in Technical document translation Supporting in document release and uploading into in DAM Hub Supporting in Creating/editing Illustrations according to the technical inputs from the writers. Supporting in updating the manuals/guides with the latest content, and manage the documentation lifecycle, including version control. Background & Skills 2 to 4 years of experience in Document Management system (SAP DMS), Engg drawings, brochures, fact sheets etc., Good knowledge in CMS, PLM, SAP master data, SharePoint, MS Excel, Adobe illustrator etc. Proficiency in DITA XML authoring tools such as IXIASOFT is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe publishing editing tools (InDesign,) is a plus.
