Job Overview: As a Technical Writer, your day-to-day duties will involve creating and fact-checking technical documentation, as well as attending workshops to acquire more in-depth knowledge of technical writing.
Duties:
Write, self-edit, and fact-check technical documentation.Work with the JSP Team and adapt your writing style based on their feedback.Attend workshops and company-paid seminars to enhance your technical writing skills.Collaborate with subject matter experts to learn more about specific concepts.Ensure your content is in line with government stylistic guidelines and our brand voice. QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor’s degree in English, [Industry-related field], or a related field.1–2 years of technical writing experience.Portfolio of published documentation.Ability to convey complex matters in simple terms.Excellent command of oral and written English.
