Our client, **a leading pharmaceutical and biotech solutions company** , is seeking a **Technical Writer** - **Manufacturing Specialist** to join their team. As a **Manufacturing Technical Specialist** , you will be part of the **Manufacturing and Quality Operations** supporting **Manufacturing Management and Associates** . The ideal candidate will have **strong problem-solving skills** , **attention to detail** , and **collaborative teamwork abilities** , which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Technical Writer - Manufacturing Specialist
**Location:** 7555 Harmans Road, Severn, MD 21077
**Pay Range:** $21 per hour
**What’s the Job?**
+ Initiate quality records and conduct deviation investigations.
+ Develop, execute, and oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
+ Revise and manage manufacturing documents such as Batch Records and SOPs.
+ Support and/or lead continuous improvement projects.
+ Conduct real-time on-the-floor support for operational deviations.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field.
+ 4+ years of technical competency in biopharmaceutical manufacturing in a GMP environment.
+ Experience with process deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA development.
+ Familiarity with equipment such as bioreactors, chromatography skids, and single-use mixers.
+ Strong technical writing skills for authoring and revising technical documents.
