Position OverviewWe are a collaborative and engaging team of engineering managers that supports projects for the Kiewit Energy division. Our staff leads and collaborates with Kiewit’s 1OGC estimating and construction teams to develop comprehensive construction-focused engineering plans with a focus on safe, cost effective, and innovative designs to achieve client expectations and sustain Kiewit’s legacy of excellence.

Responsibilities• Outline, write, edit and organize proposal documents, while also making timely edits and revisions to documents after reviews
• Interview executives, engineers, construction managers, legal, designers, and others to generate original construction/engineering-based/technical content
• Lead review discussions of proposal sections
• Work with proposal team to develop and streamline technical approach
• Incorporate subtle persuasive techniques into writing
• Assist in the development of supporting materials (illustrations, tables, etc.)
• Ensure submission compliance with the solicitation requirements.
• Manage deadlines and responsibilities assigned through responsibility matrix
• Provide input and writing for best practices, style guides and templates
• Report on the status of assignments.
• Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested
• Travel as needed: 5-10% per year
