MAJOR FUNCTION: 

Non-licensed person who assists in the nursing care of patients including newborn, children, adolescents and all ages of adults. Provides and maintains a safe, clean environment in patient rooms and service areas. Perform phlebotomy, EKG, surgical preparation, blood sugars, urine pregnancy test.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Education & Experience: 

High School graduate or equivalent. Phlebotomy course completion and EKG training.                             Phlebotomy & EKG experience required. With 2 years’ experience in the acute setting.              

Certification/Licensure:
