As a Technician I, you will be responsible for performing equipment setup, operation, equipment adjustments, and minor preventative maintenance tasks to meet all standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
Primary Responsibilities:
Keeps machine and equipment running to standard
Monitors and adjusts production processes or equipment for quality and productivity
Calibrates or adjusts equipment to ensure quality production
Prepares production documents, such as standard operating procedures, manufacturing batch records, statistical audits, and productivity reports
Use of computer software
Meets all standards for safety, production, and quality.

Required Skills:
Ability to work with your hands
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Ability to lift and/or move 25 pounds, and up to 50 pounds
Ability to read and interpret customer specification sheets, blueprints, part drawings, etc
Ability to use a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to measure parts and interpret results to make necessary changes to equipment/parameters to get parts into specification
Intermediate or higher computer skills
Basic reading, writing, arithmetic (shop math), and comprehensive skills
Proven capabilities using hand and power tools including but not limited to testing equipment, measurement devices, inspection tools, etc
Production knowledge, mathematical skills, problem-solving skills, observational skills, communication skills, and analytical skills

Required Education/Experience:
2+ years of manufacturing experience
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
Technical Certification
Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Forklift experience
Soldering iron experience
Lean Sigma Six Certification
Work is scheduled Monday through Saturday. Shifts are 8 hours with multiple shifts. Employees MUST be flexible and may be required to change shifts.
