**Job Description: Technician Level 2** An American multinational healthcare company. The Hayward site manufactures life-saving products such as PREVELEAK, FLOSEAL, and COSEAL, which are essential for closing wounds after surgeries and stopping heavy bleeding. The team at this site plays a crucial role in saving lives every day. **Role Overview:** The Technician Level 2 supports all primary packaging duties and assists with changeovers. This role involves working in a cleanroom environment, requiring full gowning similar to a Hazmat suit. **Shift:** Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM, with overtime on Saturdays **Key Responsibilities:** + Set up, operate, and conduct lot and equipment changeovers for packaging machines. + Work in a cleanroom with four packaging lines, rotating stations every two hours to manage repetitive tasks. + Fill syringes with gel in various sizes (5mm and 10mm). + Perform stretches between rotations to maintain physical well-being. **Daily Duties:** + Start promptly at 4:00 AM with a team meeting to discuss daily objectives and KPIs. + Gown up and enter the cleanroom to set up and operate production machines. + Collaborate with Tech 3s and leads to ensure continuous production. + Conduct lot changeovers by removing finished products and bringing in new materials. + Perform equipment changeovers by loading new rolls of plastic onto pouching machines, selecting the correct program, and conducting quality checks. **Gowning Requirements:** + Full coverage of face, legs, pants, gloves, head, hair, beard, mustache, feet, shoes, torso, and upper body. **Skills Required:** + Documentation writing + Quality control + GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) + Cleanroom experience + Heavy lifting + Quality control inspection + Audit **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
