**Job Title: Field Service Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will drive to various customer locations across the Boston area and southern NH/ME to perform repairs and maintenance on drink machines. Your responsibilities will include equipment refurbishment—disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, and ensuring that all components meet our high standards of quality. You will conduct thorough inspections and perform quality assurance tasks to validate equipment functionality and reliability. Your work will ensure that our equipment remains in optimal condition, providing excellent service to our customers. **Hard Skills** + Mechanical aptitude - using hand tools, experience with regulators, small motors, flowmeters + Electrical aptitude - skilled in troubleshooting with multimeters, wiring + Troubleshooting and repair capabilities + Inventory control and organization **Soft Skills** + Customer interaction/customer service **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully remote position. **Work Environment** This remote position requires you to report from home and drive to client sites mainly in the Boston area. You will use your own vehicle for transportation (mileage compensated) and manage part orders and shipments from your residence.
