As a Technician at the Allison Park R&D Center, you will support Protective Coatings and Formulation Sciences projects, working to guide advances in liquid protective coatings technologies. You will follow standard operating procedures and industry standards for formula mixing, sample preparation, and testing.

Key Responsibilities
Precise measurement and mixing of formula ingredients as described by a formulation log
Prepare test specimens for a variety of tests
Create a collaborative and inclusive work environment
Uphold safety standards for the team
Document and report experimental details
Observation of experimental details and external factors
Independent planning on all aspects of an experiment with guidance from supervisor
Interpret data and making recommendations for future work
Learn and understand to company policies and follow all EH&S and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
Experience with coatings formulation
0-3 years of laboratory experience
High School diploma required
