**HIRING ASAP!!** **Field Technicians & Driller Helpers** **Job Description** As a Technician, you will assist in assembling and positioning machines, casing pipes, and other equipment using hand tools. You will drive or guide truck-mounted equipment into position, level and stabilize rigs, and extend derricks. Additionally, you will operate controls to stabilize machines and to position and align drills, load drill rods onto the drill carousel, dig mud pits, select and attach drill bits and drill rods, and record depths and GPM on work orders. Your responsibilities will also include driving trucks or truck-mounted drills to and from work sites, retrieving lost equipment from boreholes, disinfecting wells, fabricating well casings, and using current online software (Service Titan). Proper paperwork, such as vehicle mileage, daily reports, and well logs, must be maintained. **Hard Skills** + OSHA 40 - 8hr refresher + 6+ Months - 5+ Years helper experience + Plumbing, piping, trenching systems, construction, landfill work + Equipment operation + Confined Space (nice to have) + DOT clearance (nice to have) **Soft Skills** + Hardworking + Ability to work with a team **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Old Bridge, New Jersey. **Work Environment** The work environment consists of being in the field for extended periods, working under heat, cold stress, and other adverse environmental conditions. The job requires physical exertion, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Work is conducted in all weather conditions. The company fosters a family-owned atmosphere with a sense of togetherness. If work slows down, candidates are offered hours in the shop to stay busy. Hours are first shift with occasional overtime.
