Starting rate of pay is $21.50\/hr\n
Job Description For Technician:\n\nExamine manufactured products, primarily automotive parts to ensure the parts meet all standards of presentation and quality.\nAct as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria.\nStudy product specifications and work instructions.\nPerform visual inspections, mechanical and functional verification of parts to ensure compliance to set specification and quality standards.\nMake independent judgments for subjective calls.\nCollect and record accurate data regarding defects.\nTag and isolate defective material.\nProvide description or justification for defective material.\nCommunicate sort\/inspection results to managers, supervisors and production source.\nComplies with relevant local Health and Safety legislation.\nSupports Company Health and Safety Policies.\nOther duties as assigned. \n\n
Qualifications For Technician:\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent desired\nMust have reliable transportation\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to coordinate, prioritize and multitask\nDemonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced challenging environment\nAbility to take initiative and recognize needs\nAbility to handle highly sensitive and confidential material\n\n
