**Job Title: Technician** **Job Description** This position involves fulfilling work orders sent out by the Facilities Manager for various maintenance tasks. These tasks include light drywall repair, light electrical repair, basic plumbing or HVAC troubleshooting, general custodial duties, and cosmetic repair. The properties are primarily medical offices and commercial/corporate offices. **Responsibilities** + Fulfill work orders for light drywall repair, light electrical repair, and basic plumbing. + Troubleshoot HVAC issues and perform preventive maintenance. + Carry out general custodial duties and cosmetic repairs. + Interface with corporate customers professionally. + Work independently without constant direct supervision. **Essential Skills** + Basic trades knowledge and experience. + Ability to work independently. + Professional interfacing with corporate customers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with HVAC services and preventive maintenance. + Skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and light electrical work. + Ability to perform light drywall repair and light carpentry finishing. + Experience in custodial tasks and handling work orders. **Why Work Here?** Our company is growing, family-owned, and offers strong benefits.
