**Job Title: Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a technician to service, inspect, clean, and install equipment at various construction sites. The role involves installing complete exterior building maintenance systems, including stabilization systems, outrigger systems, davit systems, roof anchors, horizontal lifelines, full guard railing, and all necessary safety equipment to comply with OSHA regulations and ensure worker safety. **Responsibilities** + Service, inspect, clean, and install equipment at construction sites. + Install exterior building maintenance systems, including stabilization systems, outrigger systems, davit systems, roof anchors, horizontal lifelines, and full guard railing. + Ensure all safety equipment meets OSHA regulations. + Transport and set up equipment at the correct locations during project initiation. + Work comfortably at heights and handle heavy lifting, including carrying 80lb concrete bags up and down flights of stairs. + Work with various materials such as wood, steel, concrete, and epoxy. + Wear and use proper safety harnesses and personal protective equipment. **Essential Skills** + Experience with basic hand and power tools. + Comfortable working at heights. + Experience with roof anchors, horizontal lifelines, and full guard railing. + Extensive construction and swing stage experience. + Ability to handle basic carpentry, installation, electrical work, troubleshooting, and wiring. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with rental swing stages, scaffold building, and rigging. + High-rise painting experience. + Ability to work efficiently and keep pace with project demands. + Ability to use company-provided tools and equipment. + Training on basic tools will be provided. **Why Work Here?** We offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment where safety and professional growth are prioritized.
