**Job Title: Technician** Location: Horsham, PA Shift: 1st Pay: 20/HR (weekly) **Responsibilities** + Support manufacturing and/or test activities + Machining parts + Assembling parts to specifications using hand and power tools + Inspect finished products to ensure they meet dimensional requirements and part function + Prepare test articles and conduct tests + Perform incoming material inspection + Keep detailed records of parts, assembly operations, inspection results, and documentation **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand and power tools + Experience with analytical instrumentation + Hands-on experience with machining operations and equipment + Knowledge of test methods and equipment + Experience in the assembly of mechanical components or devices + Good verbal and written communication skills + Basic math skills + Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings + Strong mechanical aptitude + Organizational skills + Attention to detail + Ability to act independently and balance competing priorities + Compliance with health and safety regulations **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical Assembly + Blueprint Interpretation **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive medical coverage for employees and their families, an 8% 401k match, three weeks of PTO, and time off between Christmas and New Year.
