**SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED** - Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations - Assemble and test with emphasis to detail, an assortment of avionic LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, handle and install fiber-optics, and PCBAs - Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated - Supports some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems - Identify equipment requirements, process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory - You will independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables - Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance - Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc.) - Your work may include contributing to improving SOPs and safety procedures **Additional requirements** - Willing to work all shifts (days, evenings, staggered shifts) overtime and weekends as needed - Estimated shift times are 2nd shift: 2:30PM to 11:00PM and Weekends from 7am-3:30pm, 2:30pm - 11:00pm - Shift will vary, depending on program needs - Flexible working/commuting in between site locations - Standing for long periods of time, climbing up and down ladders, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required to perform the functions of this position - Able to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted **REQUIRED SKILLS** - High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience - 3+ years relevant high-traceability manufacturing experience (aerospace, medical or related field) - 2+ years of hands-on work experience Electrical-Mechanical Assembly, Final Integration and/or Harness Integration experience - 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced production environment - 1+ years of hands-on experience with precision torque, measurement and inspection devices (i.e., automated and manual torque wrenches, torque drivers, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical inspection devices, multi-meters), as well as standard hand tools **PREFERRED SKILLS** - Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) and/or Avionics certification/license - ASE certification and/or equivalent experience - CFOT certification and/or equivalent experience - 1+ years reading, interpreting and working from engineering documentation and/ or drawings - Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment - Prior military service a plus **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.25 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
