**Job Title: Technician**
**Job Description**
Candidates will assist a seasoned HVAC installer in installing heaters, boilers, and furnaces into commercial or industrial buildings. This is a long-term opportunity for individuals with some experience to learn the trade and grow into an install/service technician role.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist seasoned HVAC installer in installing heaters, boilers, and furnaces in commercial or industrial buildings.
+ Learn and perform HVAC installation tasks.
+ Participate in training sessions to improve technical skills.
+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1+ year of experience in the HVAC field or a degree from a technical school.
+ Knowledge of HVAC systems, including heaters, boilers, and furnaces.
+ Basic understanding of HVAC installation processes.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Two-year HVAC degree from an area technical college.
+ One-year diploma or certificate in HVAC.
+ Degree in Facilities Maintenance from an area technical college.
+ 2+ years of recent experience in the HVAC field (without a degree).

**Work Environment**
The work environment consists of a small to medium-sized shop. Most of the tools will be supplied, and candidates will be riding with another technician.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00
