Technician
**Description** This person will be responsible for performing various tests and documenting the data, and reporting their findings to the team. **Responsibilities include:** + Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues + Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment + Document and report all repairs, maintenance, and test results. + Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve technical issues. + Verify that test specifications are correct and can be executed on given resources available. + Create test setups to match engineering specifications which includes interpretation of test procedures and diagrams, instrumentation, data acquisition, test article diagnostics and front line root causing. + Accurate reporting of test incidents written in layperson terms. + Maintenance, safety, and use scheduling of Test Team equipment. + Write high quality and detailed reports that drive to the root of any issues on a given test using data and a first order analysis **Skills:** Troubleshooting Electro-mechanical Assembly Schematics Repair and Maintenance R&D Testing Circuits Electronics/Mechanical Aptitude Avionics Systems, Troubleshooting, and Repairs **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Comfortable asking questions + Strong attention to detail + Experience working on hardware/software projects and collaborating with engineers + Ability to understand and interpret a wide variety of technical documents (electrical schematics, mechanical drawings) + Ability to organize data in a way that is easy to understand **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
