Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated technician to setup, operate, and perform daily maintenance on additive manufacturing machines. The ideal candidate will adhere to strict safety protocols, use precision measuring instruments, and ensure compliance with AS9100 standards.
ResponsibilitiesSetup, operate, and perform daily maintenance on additive manufacturing machines.Strictly adhere to proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gage pins, height gages, dial indicators, and precision scales.Remove support material and powder from additively printed parts using mechanical tools.Adhere to AS9100 standards and comply with internal quality standards.Properly use hand, power, and pneumatic tools including pliers, screwdrivers, hammers, punches, chisels, saws, clamps, drills, impact hammers, abrasives, grinders, and rotary drills.Accurately read and record information critical to the production process, such as material manufacture date and serial numbers.Perform record keeping for the FOD prevention program.Handle powder, including sieving, sampling, loading, and cleaning. Self-inspect parts and maintain traceability of all powder and parts.Perform housekeeping and cleanup duties upon task completion, maintaining a clean and safe work area.Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Additional Skills & QualificationsBlueprint readingDeburringGrindingMedical device experienceExperience with hand and power toolsProficiency with precision measurement toolsAerospace experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00
