**Job Title: Field Service Technician** **Job Description** This Field Service Technician role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with electro-mechanical maintenance experience to work on a console that is directly responsible for critical patient monitoring. In this role, the Field Service Technician will provide preventative and corrective maintenance on electro-mechanical products received into the Danvers facility. **Responsibilities** + Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance of electro-mechanical life support consoles. + Maintain calibration standards required for all test equipment. + Provide internally-based service to the pool of service loaners and marketing consoles. + Offer basic telephone support to customers, field-based Sales, Clinical and Marketing teams. + Assist with maintaining an adequate level of service inventory to meet day-to-day service needs. + Support manufacturing as required with testing and burn-in of spare parts. + Assist Engineering with complaint follow-up, including evaluation, testing, investigation, and closeout. + Document neatly and accurately all services performed. + Communicate issues in a timely manner to the manager and Admin team as required. + Conduct a comprehensive review of service history for each console prior to servicing. + Ensure compliance with Regulatory standards and follow established SOPs, processes, and procedures. + Assist with receiving daily inventory and adapt to execute individual and Team goals. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
