**Job Title: Technician 1** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated Technician to join our team. The role involves packaging tasks, quality assurance, assisting with machinery setups and changeovers, maintaining a clean work area, mechanical troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance on machines, and moving products to the shipping/quality area. **Responsibilities** + Perform packaging tasks with attention to detail. + Ensure quality standards are met through quality assurance tasks. + Assist with setups and changeovers on machinery. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Troubleshoot mechanical issues on equipment. + Perform preventive maintenance on machines. + Move products to the shipping/quality area. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of experience in a skilled production role. + Mechanically inclined with experience in setups and changeovers. + Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues. + Knowledge of quality assurance and quality standards. + Must own puncture-proof steel toe shoes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work 12-hour shifts from 5 AM to 5 PM / 5 PM to 5 AM. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
