Job Description

We are seeking a skilled technician to operate graders, dozers, and scrapers with the ability to check grade. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil and commercial construction, specifically in grading and drainage systems.

ResponsibilitiesOperate a variety of equipment including dozers, scrapers, excavators, graders, and loaders.Check and evaluate grade to within an inch using laser levelers and GPS equipment.Read and interpret civil drawings.Perform additional duties beyond equipment operation as needed.Essential SkillsProficiency in operating dozers, scrapers, excavators, graders, and loaders.Ability to check grade and read civil drawings.Experience with laser levelers and GPS equipment.Commercial construction experience.Experience in civil grading and drainage systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsAmbitious and motivated to take on additional responsibilities.General labor and concrete experience.Ability to operate heavy equipment such as motor graders and compressors.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work outdoors and must be open to the elements, as the job requires being on your feet and performing various tasks. The typical shift is from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime. You will be part of a team of 22 operators and 2 field superintendents.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atoka, Oklahoma.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
