Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated technician to join our team for new construction projects involving tanks, pumps, and valves. This is a field position requiring work outdoors, the use of hand and power tools, and a willingness to travel.

ResponsibilitiesEffectively and safely install/deconstruct tank base, including secondary containment systems, tank base structural systems, components, and hardware.Effectively and safely install/deconstruct tank panel elements, including system components and hardware.Effectively and safely install/deconstruct system and ancillary components, including plumbing, water transfer components, and safety systems.Participate in related construction activities, including material and system preparation, QA/QC activities, crane-related activities, etc.Participate in administrative-related activities, including SOP preparation and refinement, safety activities, after-action reviews, etc.Consistently communicate across the organization in a professional manner, utilizing expertise and problem-solving skills to identify issues/concerns and recommend and implement viable solutions.Exemplify a 'Safety First' culture and make recommendations to improve safety. Consistently and reliably communicate safety concerns to management teams.Essential SkillsMinimum of 6 months experience working outdoors.Open to travel.At least 1 year of experience with hand and power tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working in outdoor conditions (12-hour days) with 6 on 6 off rotating shifts.Experience in construction, repair, build, water transfer, tank, valve, pump, and maintenance.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The main location is a warehouse in Canonsburg, PA. The job involves working outdoors in all conditions, on swing shifts with 12-hour days, and includes working at heights as high as 30 ft in the air in a man lift. Contractors must be open to traveling to Waynesburg every day, with a $40 per diem provided for travel.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
