Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Technician to assist with foundation waterproofing. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of spray-applied waterproofing or dimple board application. This role involves physical labor, including moving materials to and from the worksite, using hand tools and shovels to move dirt and dig trenches. No advanced skills or extensive experience in trades are required.

Work Environment

You will be working on commercial construction job sites and new constructions that are 100% uninhabited. The work is primarily outdoors, and you must be comfortable working in all types of weather conditions. Typical hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential adjustments as early as 6:00 AM and as late as 5:00 PM if needed. The team size ranges from 1-3 people. The dress code requires leather boots, high visibility shirts, hard hats, safety glasses, and pants (jeans are acceptable). Candidates must provide their own tools and tool belts. Personal protective equipment (PPE) includes hard hats and safety glasses.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $25.00/hr.
