Job Description

As a Technician, you will take direction from your supervisor to select, cut, shape, and assemble structural units using various tools. You will also be responsible for moving supplies, materials, and equipment across the project site manually or using lifting and transferring equipment. Maintaining awareness of safety rules and procedures is crucial in this role.

We offer the potential for a contract-to-hire position after six months. Our supervisors work with employees to keep project sites as close to their homes as possible, prioritizing convenience and work-life balance.

Work Environment

You will be working on commercial construction job sites, with current projects primarily in the greater Nashville area. While initial projects may be near the airport, work locations may vary within a 50-mile radius of Nashville, including areas such as Dickson, Murfreesboro, and Columbia. The shift is Monday to Thursday from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, with potential overtime on Fridays or Saturdays if needed. Daily safety meetings start at 6:30 am, so arrival by 6:15 am is necessary. Working conditions will involve manual labor in heat, so experience in similar environments is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
