**Job Title: HVAC Technician** **Job Description** Our client is a local plumbing, heating/AC, and HVAC company based in the Williamsport, PA area. They are a smaller, family-owned business currently seeking an experienced HVAC technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and skilled in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. This role involves cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, as well as providing guidance and advice to customers on the most appropriate air quality systems to meet their needs. The technician will be responsible for air quality systems from installation to end-of-life, including diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and conducting warranty and emergency repairs. **Responsibilities** + Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment + Identify maintenance risks on equipment + Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems + Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services + Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently + Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions + Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements + Assist with customers' queries **Essential Skills** + 4-7 years of HVAC experience + Valid driver's license + Mechanically inclined + Ability to work independently **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Reliable transportation + Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills + Customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort should be a top priority **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive pay and are willing to pay top dollar for candidates.
