**Job Title: Installation Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician responsible for the tear-out, retrofit, and installation of electric and gas fireplaces. The role involves working off work orders and making adjustments or improvisations to address unforeseen issues such as non-squared fireplaces or visible gaps. You will work in groups of two, installing fireplaces and handling gas lines and electrical outlets. **Responsibilities** + Tear out, retrofit, and install electric and gas fireplaces. + Work off work orders and adjust or improvise to address unforeseen issues. + Collaborate in groups of two to install fireplaces. + Handle gas lines and electrical outlets for fireplace installations. + Troubleshoot any installation problems as they arise. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in electrical work and carpentry. + Experience with conduit and wiring. + Skilled in the installation of electric and gas commercial fireplaces. + Ability to perform gas and electrical hookups. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working with hand and power tools. + Ability to provide own hand tools (tape measure, hammer, screwdriver, pliers, etc.). + Versatility in various construction areas, particularly beneficial for those who are mechanically minded. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive training, paid time off, and full benefits. The work attire includes jeans, comfortable closed-toed shoes, and a professional work shirt. You will travel in a company box van or truck to customer sites, work in teams of two, and may use ladders to access chimneys as needed.
