**Job Title: Technician** **Job Description** If you have experience with PVC, cast iron pipe installation, or re-piping existing systems, we want to hear from you! We are looking for a journeyman plumber with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial and industrial plumbing fields. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using basic plumbing tools and possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities. **Responsibilities** + Install PVC and cast iron pipes. + Re-pipe existing systems as needed. + Troubleshoot and service all types of plumbing systems. + Work on commercial and industrial plumbing installations and services. + Use basic plumbing tools such as pipe wrenches, levels, and tape measures. + Maintain a strong work ethic and attention to detail. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 3 years of experience as a journeyman plumber. + Proficient in using basic plumbing tools (pipe wrench, level, tape measure, etc.). + Experience in commercial and industrial plumbing installation and service. + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. + Ability to troubleshoot and service all types of plumbing systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with PVC and cast iron pipe installation. + Ability to re-pipe existing systems. + Strong mechanical and electrical repair skills. + Proficiency in using hand tools and performing field service. + Experience in preventive maintenance. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where your skills and experience will be valued.
