**Job Title: Technician** **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for painting, drywall repair, patching, and light carpentry. This role involves fixing up customer units before a new lease is signed. **Responsibilities** + Painting and drywall repair. + Performing light carpentry tasks. + Replacing lightbulbs, locks, and other appliances. + Patching holes in walls and painting. + Carrying out janitorial duties such as taking out garbage and general facility upkeep. **Essential Skills** + Prior experience in painting, carpentry, or general contracting. + Valid state-issued license. + Consistent work history in repair, hand tools, appliance repair, drywall, painting, light fixtures, remodeling, and carpentry. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in construction. + Proficiency in painting. + Repair and maintenance skills. + Drywall and carpentry expertise. **Why Work Here?** We offer additional opportunities for up to $2,750 annually accrued through bonuses by hitting quotas of apartments turned over. The working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and you will be part of a team of 3-5 other technicians. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Guilderland, New York. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
