Job Description
Candidates will follow the direction given to them by the supervisor at the beginning of each shift. They will be responsible for running their line and ensuring the machines in that area are full. Some machines need a paint mixture that is constantly being topped off. The inspectors need boxes to put product away. They are almost like a line lead but without any supervisory responsibility. They will have people working on the line below them doing the general production work. They will perform maintenance and minor repairs on machines and help with cleaning paint booths and robotic sprayers.

There are 3 levels of Techs, each level involves learning and running more lines at once. This provides opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Work Environment
This position is for the 3rd shift, with hours from Monday to Friday, 10pm to 6am. The work is in a factory environment and is subject to noise, fumes, and oily, dusty, hot, and wet conditions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sparta, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.07 - $22.07/hr.
