Technician Associate
Our client, a leading provider in the utility industry, is seeking a Technician Associate to join their team. As a Technician Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting critical data center functions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Technician Associate **Location:** New Albany, OH **What's the Job?** + Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on various HVAC-related equipment and building systems. + Operate, monitor, and respond to abnormal conditions in facility systems. + Conduct daily inspections of all data center infrastructure equipment and maintain accurate records. + Assist with general building maintenance and repairs as needed. + Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines while reporting unsafe conditions. **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or GED required. + Minimum of two years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician or related utility industry work experience. + Must have Excellent understanding of the electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment, including Feeders, Transformers, Generators, Switchgear, UPS systems, ATS/ STS units, PDU/PMM units, Chillers, Air handing units and CRAC units. + Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license. + Ability to read and comprehend schematic drawings. + Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. + Gain valuable experience in data center operations and maintenance. + Work with cutting-edge technology and equipment. + Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals. + Potential for overtime and career advancement opportunities.
